You can have a build a website in less than a day.  But that will not guarantee you any traffic.  Create a plan, then work the plan. Competition is out there. Lots and Lots. It takes time and effort.

Every business takes time to develop. Most off-line businesses take 3 years before they show a profit. The Internet is no different, although sometimes a little faster. Do not seek a quick fix to a short term money problem on the Internet. You are better served seeking financial advice for short term financial problems. I will help you avoid spending so much time and money on internet scams and black hat tricks.  Every website owner has a purpose for this medium of advertising or information distrubution, what's yours. 

There is a ton of stuff to learn, but you don't need it do everything. Use freelancers to help.
